There are so many ways to get involved with the London 2012 Games, here are just a few ideas:

• Try all the Olympic and Paralympic sports with Quest for Gold
• Become a Local Leader
• Support the Torch Relay as it travels through your district
• Volunteer during the summer and help the Egyptian Paralympic Team train for the Games
• Apply for Sportivate funding and run Olympic-themed sports sessions
